With over a decade of experience as a real estate investor, along with time spent as a REALTOR®, Chase brings a well-rounded, insider understanding of the entire real estate process. This unique background allows him to provide valuable insight not only to his clients, but also to the REALTORS® he partners with every day.

Chase’s attention to detail, strong work ethic, and mission-driven mindset are rooted in his previous service in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Secret Service. These experiences shaped his commitment to excellence, integrity, and service above all else. He prides himself on delivering a concierge-level experience—guiding clients through what can be a complex process while keeping it enjoyable and stress-free. After all, buying a home should be exciting, and Chase works hard to ensure it feels that way from start to finish.

A South Carolina native, Chase lives with his wife and three children and is deeply connected to his local community. His experiences have taken him across the globe—traveling to 36 countries and 49 states—which has given him a deep appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and life experiences. He brings that same understanding into his work, recognizing that every client’s situation is unique and deserves a personalized approach.
